Subject: Notification Regarding Society’s Bank Account and Pending Dues
Dear Plot Holders,
We are pleased to inform you that the State Oil Employees Cooperative Housing Society’s bank account has been successfully opened. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in this matter.
Furthermore, we would like to draw your attention to the pending dues of certain plot holders. As per records, there are outstanding dues from several members. We kindly request all plot holders with outstanding dues to settle their accounts by February 28, 2024.
Please note that any dues remaining unpaid after this deadline will incur a penalty charge, as stipulated in the society’s bylaws, effective from March 01, 2024, about penalty Society has already informed through letter no SOECHS/15/2023, Dated: 2342-2023
